We are pleased to announce that Taimatsu Foods Co., Ltd., a long-established food manufacturer based in Gosen City, Niigata Prefecture, with a history spanning more than 120 years, has newly obtained the Recommended Gluten-Free Logo Mark certification.
Since its establishment, Taimatsu Foods has drawn on its extensive experience and expertise in mochi (Japanese rice cake) production to develop food products using carefully selected Japanese-grown rice.
With this new certification, the number of products from Taimatsu Foods Co., Ltd. certified under our Recommended Gluten-Free Logo Mark program has increased to five products.

100% Japanese Rice Flour – 100% Rice-Based (JPN-008)

This gluten-free rice flour is made from 100% Japanese-grown rice.
Using a wet-type airflow milling process, the flour is finely and smoothly milled while preserving the natural flavor of the rice.
It can be used in a wide variety of applications, including baking sweets and bread, frying, thickening sauces and soups, and other types of cooking.
In addition, this product contains none of Japan’s eight specified allergenic ingredients or 28 ingredients designated as equivalent allergens, making it an allergen-free product.
The product is suitable not only for those following a gluten-free lifestyle, but also for those who wish to choose foods with consideration for allergens.
