Certificate
There is no standard for “gluten-free” labeling in Japan. In order to ensure that consumers can purchase safe and secure products, the Association grants its recommended labeling to products that meet our criteria.

Online Course
Learn about the gluten-free diet that has become popular in US and Europe.The course covers a wide range of topics, from basic knowledge of the gluten-free diet to information from overseas. A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course.
